Distillates
The art of distillation was already known at the times
of the Egyptians.
In a book found in an ancient temple in Menphis some distillation machines
are described in detail.
All pure distillates are always crystal clear.
Among fruit normally distilled according to local
tradition there are:
William's pears, plums, cherries, berries, apples and finally grapes.
Brandies are obtained from fruit which maintain
the aroma of the fruit itself, and some of them are particularly appreciated.
